I’m agnostic and I read online that they welcome agnostics, but since I’m godless, how would the church services operate then?
What are services like, and are they welcoming to everyone?

They are most definitely welcoming to agnostics. The church service is more about fellowship. If a part of the service doesn’t apply to you, don’t do it.
I was once at a unitarian church and a teenager said to an older member of the congregation, “I’ve been reading a lot about Satanism.” The man merely replied, “Oh?” Now what other church would you find that response in? 
(Satanism’s basic tenets are the opposite of UU basic tenets, but I’m sure a satanist would still be welcomed.)
